HR Generalist Permanent Role: 35hrs per week

As our HR Generalist, you’ll work across the full employee and volunteer lifecycle — from safer recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance, wellbeing and learning & development. You’ll help shape workforce experience, strengthen inclusive practices and continuously improve how it feels to work and volunteer with us.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, confident advising managers, comfortable handling ER matters and motivated by continuous improvement. If you enjoy balancing operational detail with culture-shaping work, this could be a brilliant next step.
