As a Hub Leader, you will lead a vibrant hub delivering high-quality, person-centred services for individuals with complex needs. You’ll inspire and develop a confident, motivated team who feel supported, valued, and clear about expectations. By creating a positive, welcoming culture, you will ensure both staff and the people we support thrive in an environment built on dignity, safety, and respect.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the hub, ensuring care plans, risk assessments, training, and safeguarding standards are consistently high and fully compliant. Working closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders, you will build strong, trusting relationships and champion personalised, meaningful experiences that promote independence, confidence, and wellbeing.

We are seeking someone with a Level 4 (or above) qualification in Health and Social Care, experience supporting individuals with complex needs, and proven leadership ability. You will be a confident communicator, highly organised, IT proficient, and passionate about person-centred practice. Most importantly, you will bring optimism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to empowering people to embrace life and achieve their potential.
